I was here looking for help several months back to create a time card database to keep our time records and received excellent help - thank you very much! Have been using the database now for several months but the user would like to know if we could somehow make it more like the the old Excel way of entering time. Some of the employees work regular time and there aren't that many entries so it's no big deal but lots of employees work several different work codes each day which makes a lot of entries on those time cards. I can't see how this could be done but thought I would throw out the question to see if it is possible. I've attached the database in two versions and also a sample of what the Excel data entry was like. Database only has data in it for week 10/15 to 10/21. Is it possible to make a form for data entry so you only have one day entry line per person and enter the hours across in the various work codes?
