Time on form

hi everyone, i have two questions.

Need some help. I have a form that I would like to: redirect the user to another form after a specify date. How can I have that done? Anyone that can help, please let me know.

I want to place a timer on a form. Once the form is opened, after x seconds the form will close. Any help on this thanx...

If you test for the date in the event onOpen and then open the new form and close the old

Set the timer interval event to x (000) in millisecs
Then in the Timer Event

DoCmd.Close acForm, Me.Name
