Title Bar

If anyone of other gurus of Access have noticed there is a theme in Windows XP in which the title of the application is show in middle . I was wondering if that can be done in Windows98 /Office2000.

Simply asking is that I want my title of form and database tobe in the middle of the bar

I had an email tip about this from "About.com" I'm not at home now so i can't check it, but i recall that you can use the new win xp style dialog box format in older versions. But, it's not supported or recommended by MS....
