TM - add-in?

My PC recently crashed and I believe that I lost an Add-in named TM? I also lost the ASAP Utilities that Shades kindly refered me too but I have managed to find and load this back on. I do as mentioned before remember a TM next to the ASAP but cannot remember what it was for or where I got it from.

Has anyone any ideas of what it was, where to get it from or perhaps any other decent add-ins as ASAP Utilities.

Has quite a few addins TM does table of contents, also a feature available in ASAP
