Question Tools > Graph Options > Color > Chart Fills Not updating in Form View

I have a pie chart inserted into a form view and want to update the colors form each segment. The pie chart has 3 segments.

In the chart edit I have selected Tools > Graph Options > Color > Chart Fills. I have then modified the first 3 chart fills to the colors I want.

When I hit ok, the chart updates with the correct colors.

However, when I then switch from Design to Form view, the chart reverts back to the old colors.

I've tried updating and saving when exiting the chart editor, but with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas why the new colors are not preserved? Any mroe importantly how to fix the problem...

Is there any code in the form? Maybe there is code in the on open event that is changing the colors?
