Dear Expert Friends,

since I am new, may be this question is really bad. but I couldn't figure out how to do that.

I have report based on query and each row has name of employees and 2 columns SLA met or Not Met. I want total against each employee.

Set the control source for the "Total" to:

=[NameOfYourControlForSLA met]+[NameOfYourControlForSLA Not met]
