Track Changes in a Table? (1 Viewer)

I've been trying to figure out a way to do this one. I have a table where the first 2 columns can be the same on any rows provided that the timestamps are different.
ex:
Board_____Part no____Timestamp______Description____Status
abc_______123_______7/1/2011_______description____Approved
abc________123_______6/1/2011______...ROHS______Approved
def_______456_______7/1/2011_______...ROHS_____Unapproved
def________456_______6/1/2011______...ROHS_____Approved
ghi_______234_______7/1/2011_______...ROHS_____Approved
ghi________234_______6/1/2011______...ROHS_____Approved
new________123_______7/1/2011______...ROHS_____Approved
new2_______234_______7/1/2011______...ROHS_____Approved

My problem now is how can i track any changes in the Description OR Status of the same Board and Part No.? The ROHS string is the determinant of the Description column. Is there a code or query for this? This can be a sample output:

Board_____Part no____Timestamp______Description____Status
abc_______123_______7/1/2011_______description____Approved
abc________123_______6/1/2011______...ROHS______Approved
def_______456_______7/1/2011_______...ROHS_____Unapproved
