I would like to create a database with consultants name and add education to their name and print report to send to their manager. How can I create a database that will allow me to do this.
 
Start out simple ...

Three Tables:
1) Consultants: ID; Name
2) Qualifications Desired: Professional Body; Qualification Description
3) Qualifications Attained: ID; Qualification; Date Attained

Start out by populating these tables the way you're most comfortable with i.e. Manually or via linked Subforms and Queries. A Report can link the three tables to produce the output you're perhaps looking for.
