Transfer Table data

I would like to transfer multiple table data into another database. But multiple tables within the next database, I have one Database called Marketing and another called Quotations. So Companies from the Marketing Database as they become a customer I would like to click a button and transfer that record to the Quotations Database with all it's contacts which are in another table, Now all companies in the Marketing Database are linked by Customer Name and in the Quotations Database by Customer Code, they are given a Code when they first order from us. Can anyone help me with this mess?

Don't have the answer but why do you have seperate dbs?

Seperate dbs just for security on the server, nobody can open the tables and have a good look at confidential data
