Transfering data to Excel - linking to other sheets?

Hi!
I have an Access module that transfers data to an Excel spreadsheet in a workbook. There are one workbook for each month. Today they have created all the workbooks for this year. So when they start transfering data to Excel, overwriting the existing workbooks, I get a problem since they are linked to other shhets/workbooks. Does anyone know how I can solve this?
