TransferSpreadsheet action in Macro

I converted my old database of Access XP to Access 2007 recently. I updated the transferspreadsheet action like below:

Transfer type: Export
Spreadsheet type: Excel Workbook
Table Name: XXXX
File Name: C:\ABC\Export.xlsx
Has field name: Yes

However, it seems like the export function works for the first time but then it stops updating the Export.xlsx at the 2nd time or afer. Currently, I need to change the download filename in the macro to get the download data in excel. Any idea why the transferspreadsheet function fails at the 2nd execution or after?

Have a look at the output macro, this will hold formats better.

I use the output in many databases.
