transferspreadsheet method

I think that the transfer spreadsheet is fairly straight forward but the only problem i'm having is that the spreadsheet is never the same. Its the same format (template) but different data all the time so I need to be able to call a find file dialog box or something along those lines that allows me to choose the spreadsheet to import. All of the other parameter can stay the same. Any suggestions?

Thx for your help. The Browse folder dialog works like a charm in my code but I need to be able to select the file, not just the folder. If I can get that i'll be laughing...
