I'm tiptoeing onto access VBA and have come across my first brick wall!
I've build a database which has an activeX treeview v6 incorporated in it, and am trying to enable a right click context menu for it.
I downloaded some code from the net which works great in excel (and even when imported into access) using it's own treeview in its own form. Thing is it relies on the treeview being of type "mscomctllib.treeview", and my existing treeview seems to be of type "mscomctllib.treectrl" which is causing all sorts of problems!
any advice where I can get a treeview from? I've tried inserting treeview v5 instead of v6, but access won't let me insert the component on the form, even when I "unreference" mscomctl6 1 & 2 and reference v5 instead.
I'm totally stuck!
