Trouble with report.

Hi Everybody,

I am new to all of this so please bare with me. i am having a problem with my report. I have a combo box on my form to select
a vendor from a list, and once you select a vendor it puts the address, city, state,and zip code in for me. when I go to print the report all I have on the report is the ID number of the vendor on the report and #name? for all the other fields. How can I fix this problem. Thanks for any help, the new guy.
 
If #name is showing on your report, it means your fields are missing from your report. Go to your design of your report and look at the query behind the report. You have to make sure that your report is coming from a source, which is your table! I hope that helped. :)
 
When I build my reoprt off of my table it wants to print all the records in my table I want to print only the record I want not all the records.
 
Thanks for the help, I am not ot good with understanding what
Access is all about. Been looking at what yall said and I am still trying to undrestand. I have a good friend that knows a little more than me, that will check thing out for me. thanks again.
