Trump Administration Predictions (2 Viewers)

5000 people. In tents. In Florida, during hurricane season.
What could possibly go wrong.
I assume you mean that the wardens will abandon the prisoners to their own devices and save themselves.

Why do you always assume the most evil possible motive for Trump?

U.N. chief Antonio Guterres wants to “turn the world around” but is lacking in one thing: other people’s money. On Monday the veteran Portuguese socialist acknowledged the financial shortfall and demanded the world step up and give to the globalist organization to fill the gap in aid donations.

Guterres made his call at a meeting in Valencia, Spain, citing a “$4 trillion financing gap” as cause for immediate action.

He noted “massive headwinds” exist since U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew USAID contributions to U.N. projects soon after he returned to the White House via the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) initiative.

The Senate just passed a 3.3 trillion$ deficit increase, ignoring the Senate's own rules in their eagerness to increase the national debt. Only 3 Republicans voted against. The RINO's have won with the help the RINO president and the RINO vice-president.

This will all be paid for with inflation.

The RINOS screwed the President but he brought it on himself. His primary concern was getting the previous tax cuts made permanent and adding some new ones. Trump made a serious mistake in insisting on one bill rather than multiple bills. The VP needed to vote for the bill in its current state in order to obtain the President's objective of the tax cuts.

Ron Paul is correct. The Republicans now own the deficit.

Isn't the President the RINO-in-chief> He has prioritized tax cuts over reducing the deficit. The deficit will be paid for with inflation.

If Harris had won, we would had a lower deficit and less inflation?

The tax cuts he implemented during his last term are about to expire. That is why they were the priority. Congress did as they usually do, they forced him to accept a really bad bill to get the one thing is specifically needed. I'm pretty sure he thinks he can fix the deficit later. Since the tariffs were "found money" but temporary, he should have simply dedicated them to deficit pay down for the duration.

When does the accuracy of the doom and gloom predictions improve? Most of us have been hearing them since 2016, with each day bringing a new round of outlandish claims. He seems to be outsmarting the best minds liberalism has to offer.

June to November. Guess Maricopa county doesn't get very many hurricanes.
I meant I hadn't heard that as an argument against this particular detention facility.

So we can't build detention facilities in FL, SC, NC, LA, MS, TX right? Nor NV, CA for earthquakes, nor OK, KS, MO, IL for tornadoes, etc.
And Maricopa county actually does get high winds pretty often, sometimes creating "microbursts".

I wouldn't even go so far as to assume that tents are more likely to blow away than a house. It depends hugely on the shape and contour and obviously the material of the "tent", which again, tent isn't probably the best word for these things which are probably extremely heavy duty material. I can see a contoured tent less likely to blow away than a giant flat building - but again, why even debate this, if it's not OK in florida because they have high winds, we might as well eliminate every state in the Union because of some natural disaster that routinely befalls it.

Why is avoiding the expiration of income tax cuts better than inflation or tariffs? Why are you sure that "he thinks he can fix the deficit later"? He has increased the budget deficit every year that he held office. Even before holding office, Trump was notorious for lavish spending and bankruptcies. He has criticized the Fed for not cutting interest rates.

Restoring tax rates to what they were before he took office would substantially reduce the deficit.

By the way, tariffs are not "found money". The money from IEEPA tariffs was stolen from the American people. They will need to be paid back with interest. The Trump administration already promised the court to pay it back when they lose.

I personally am tired of hearing about the so-called "medicaid CUTS".

People! Implementing a fair work requirement for able bodied adults who heretofore did not wish to work and did not do so, which requirement will be refused by many people, leading to voluntary attrition from Medicaid......is not a CUT. I don't think a single penny is being pulled from the program. It's voluntary attrition from people who simply will refuse to work, thus losing medicaid.

Too bad they had to drop the "no more medicaid for illegals" from the bill.

We can save some serious coin by getting the freebie moochers off of Medicaid.

Last time I checked, the President doesn't make law. He signs the bills presented to him by Congress. I really thought he was going to hold his ground in 2017 or 2018 and not sign the phony budget bill because it was full of garbage as they all are. But, the media went bat-sh** crazy and he caved. We can't shut down the government!!!!!! The world would come to an end. So once he caved the first time, Congress knew he would sign their over-spending bills from then on and he did. It will happen yet again this year.

What Trump needs to do is to write a new EO that says if Congress doesn't present him with a valid budget and he has to let the deadline pass and start laying off non-essential employees, Congressional staff are non-essential and they go first. Then, they collect unemployment and do NOT get their wages retroactively when Congress finally does its ONE AND ONLY job specified by the Constitution.

No more of this continuing resolution bull. The Constitution says the House shall make a budget. Trump needs to make that happen.

The U.S. federal government has experienced a "shutdown"—a partial closure of operations—21 times since the modern budgeting process began with the Congressional Budget Act of 1974

I'm not, it's a very well known meme. I could substitute Nazi for brainwashed if you like.

You have said "anything to stress out libs" Cool Aid Drinkers Unite. Try reading some real research, like what both Goabels and Hitler wrote.

Maybe because he is so consistent.
