Truncation text in importing an Excel sheet to access table(2013)

Hi
I am trying to import an Excel sheet to access table and i find the comments section being truncated.I changed the data type in table to long text ( Rich text) .but it truncates less than 255 char.
can you help me
a vba cod to update this field in the table from linked excel.
or a query to do that .
is there any solution when I am trying to import an XL file to a table,Access doesn't truncate it ?( changing data type to longtext doesn't work for me)

Can you post a copy of the Excel file?

Are you using Import Specs that specify that column being imported as long text?
