Trying to create stock database

Hi Guys,

Having problems creating a stock database, created the database itself no problems, its adding the stock I am having issues with.

I want to be able to add stock by choosing the category first then it lists the items under that category.

The form is setup as a split form which allows multiple entries to be added, the problem with the codes setup is that it remembers the last category choosen for all items, so if the first item is PPE, the next is material, it overwrites PPE with material.

If someone could have a look at the attached database - goto add inventory and add a couple of items (PPE or material) and you will see the problem.

Try to save in a previous version of Access.
I use 2007 but better is to save in 2003.
