Trying to publish an Access Project to SQL Server

I am trying to publish an access project database to my sqlserver 8 express on my laptop using Publish to Access Services.

The Check Web Compatability checks OK but I am unsure as what to enter for the server URL and site name.

According to my Server Configuration manager the values are:-
Sql Server Service Host Name = CYDPC Name = SQL Server (CYD)
Sql Browser Host = CYDPC Name = SQL Browser

I have no idea what I should be putting into the URL text boxes but have tried using http://CYDPC/CYD and all combination of above info but keep getting error http//CYDPC/ (or whatever I put first) not found?

By the same token, I can connect to the server using odbc utility for the project but cannot publish it.

Please excuse my ignorance but can anyone help.

To the best of my knowledge, Access Services is only available with Sharepoint:
