Two Combo Boxes

Here is my problem:

I have two tables as follows:

Table 1
Food
FoodId Food_Catagory
1 Fruit
2 Vegetable
3 Nuts
4 Seeds

Table2
Food_List
List_Id Food_Id Food
1 1 Apple
2 1 Banana
3 2 Carrot
4 2 Potato
5 3 Brazil Nut
6 3 Macadamia
7 4 Seasame Seeds
8 4 Linseeds

What I would like is to have two combo boxes on one form
The first combo box will be populated with the Food_Catagory
eg: Fruit, Vegetable etc

then the second combo box will then be populated based on the selection
on the first combo box

so, if the user selects Fruit from the first combo box,
then the second combo box will have Apple and Banana listed

if the user selects Vegetable from the first combo box,
then the second combo box will have Carrot and Potato listed
and so forth

Any help, tutorials and details would be greatly appreciated.
