Two DAPs not acting the same...

I have 2 Data Access Pages that are almost the same. They both pull data from my dB. The issue is that when I open one of the pages it works fine the dropdown list has all the things in it that it should, but when I open the other DAP the dropdown list is blank. What could cause this to happen? Both pages have the same design and the data in the dropdown box both come from the same table, but one is populated on open the other is not. Any help would be great.
