I did google this one but I am still having problems.
I have a form for a Site Audit, in the form I want my users to be able to select two things Site Staff and the Audit Staff, Each site audit can have multiple staff and multiple auditors.
Both Site Staff and Audit Staff are in the same table with flags to tell them apart. (IsAuditor and IsSiteStaff)
When I have both subforms in the mainform, I can only select one name even though the dropdown box shows all names. Meaning I can select Jerry from the list but no other names can be selected. This behavior is identical on the other subform.
Another issue with this setup is that it likes to create new records in my staff table that have the fields set to '-1'.
