UGHHH help please (part 2)

hiya thanks loads for your help on the last one!!! ok next is . . . i need the query for displaying a city or town and then just viewing the records with that town in one of it's fields. . .

"For example, instead of viewing all the suppliers that your company uses, you can view just suppliers from Japan. To do this, you specify criteria that limits the results to records whose Country field is "Japan".
ok so what exactly would i put cos i don't have a clue well not much(that goes for life in general)

Build a query withe the desired tables and fields. In the "Criteria" section for your country, enter [Please Enter Country]. This will prompt for a Parameter input when you run the query. You also could build a Dialog box, but that is lesson 2.
