Be are that Access is not secure. If you are int he US and then you have to deal with HIPPA. Access in NOT HIPPA compliant.

You will need to use an SQL Server Backend.

If you need any data security then you really should avoid Access. This is critical is you are in the USA where you must meet federal regulations.
