Union Querys & Memo Fields

I'm running a Union Query from two other queries, both of which have a matching memo field in them. The Union Query runs fine, except when the Memo Field in involved. It cuts off the field after 255 characters.

Is there a way to fix this?

Ok, I took the memo fields out of the union query and then created a new query to put them back in. That worked within the the query, but when it's put into the report, the field is still cutting it off after 255 characters. Is there anything else that I need to do.
