Unlocking Access

My database will be locked when I release it so that nobody can enter the deign view and the VB code. There is an admin log in section, and I would like a button that i can gain access to the design view and VB code.
I know its possible because ive seen it done a while back but im not sure how to do it.
Can anyone help?

I would produce an MDE that gets distributed. Only I would have access to the MDB.
