it is possible that the width of your report is to wide ... that would cause a blank page
also maybe if you tried to have your report take the choice of making it fit to page.
I was just working with a report and had extra pages inbetween others. The solution was to bring the side of the page (in design view) in and make sure all boxes other controls were not outside the newly sized page.
