Unwanted prompts - WHY?

I have not worked in Access for a while and now I have been tasked with writing some queries in Access 2000.

Here is my simple query:
SELECT tbl_from_bill.TripDate, tbl_from_bill.voucher_nbr, tbl_from_bill.fare
FROM tbl_from_bill AS bill, tbl_from_xl AS xl
WHERE (((bill.voucher_nbr)<> xl.voucher_nbr));

When I run it I am asked to provide values for the 3 fields that I am trying to retrieve. Why???

Do you remember the Query Design View.

Rebuild your query there.

I can only guess that you have some misspellings or similar. The query grid will make sure it is done right.
