i have a table with trucking company information such as address phone, fax, and cargo insurance dates, and liability insurance dates. i need a form to update the trucking company insurance that has expired. I do not want to pull up every trucking company that has expired insurance, but just specific ones. The reason is a trucking company insurance might expire but i might not do business with them for two years after that and their is no reason to update thier insurance until i do business with them. i have a form called trucking company that initially inputs all information on the trucking company. any help would be appreciated.
