Update multiple records from continous form - UPDATE Query (1 Viewer)

Does anybody know how to UPDATE all records shown within the continous form, via an UPDATE query?

I have got it working, but only for the selected record.

either find an update query that will update them all OR

do it manually by iterating a recordset.
