For myself, I'd recommend both hanging out in the Modules & VBA forum. Uncle Gizmo also has some youtube tutorials up that may be useful.

The biggest question is what kind of learner you are?
For myself, I need both a "reason" as well as a "sample". Tell me something that I don't need and I'll forget it. If I need to do something I'll remember it though!
