Updating front after splittingdata base

Hi I am practising splitting my data base read lots of info on the forum but cant find the answer to this.
I have split the data base
Added a new table to the back end .But do not know how to update it to the front end

What does the Tables section of your front end look like now? It should be a bunch of linked tables. To add a new one, you simply create a new linked table--pointing it to the new table in the back end.

I assume this table will also have new front-end objects as well (forms, queries, reports). Those you simply paste into the front end. If an existing front-end object has been updated to include data that relies on this new table, you replace them with the updated objects that use this new table.

Yes all my existing tables have arrows showing the links but the new table in the back end isnt there .CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW TO ADD THE LINK

In the front end you go to the ribbon:

External Data -> Access ->

Browse to the file location, click the check box that says 'Link to the data source...' and then select the table you want to link from the dialog that appears.
