Updating Regions Settings Via VBA

I want to be able to read the current regional settings of the loaded PC and compare against a list. Then select the appropriate values and update the regional setting accordingly. Anyone done this?

Reason:
Multi national application that needs to be able to handle different currency types and dates, mainly currencies. So if the app is opened in Dubai then it uses AED, austrailia AUD, England GBP, etc. This is done during the first login and I want it to write the changes back to the regional settings.

What I don't want is to have 1 app for each location.

i think i use this API function to get my locale setting (not at my PC at the moment, so I cant check - not sure if its readonly, or if there's a write option)

any use?
