Updating to non ANSI92 Compliant database

I have a database which was non ANSI92 compliant.
I imported some linked ODBC tables and linked some ODBC server tables to my access 2007 database, and now the ANSI92 compliant box is checked and grayed out.

Any query with LIKE "*" does not work.

Is there any way to get that ANSI92 compliant box unchecked? or better answer?
