Upgrade to 2007 project is locked

I have upgraded from Access 2003 to to 2007 in Window XP. When trying to edit code I get the message Project Locked - "Project is unviewable".

Thank you for the suggested sites but I am still not able to view the code. Anymore ideas?

I tried signing and packaging the database but again that did not fix the problem.

Can you still see and edit everything in Access 2003?

If I open the database as an mdb I can see and edit code.

Well, after I opened up the mdb version I looked at the digital signature and found that it was missing. After selecting the signature I closed and saved as an accdb and was able to view the code.
