I am in the process of purchasing a new Windows 10 Professional 64bit PC that will be running a trial version of Microsoft 365. My old PC is running Windows 10 64bit with Microsoft Office Professional 2007 suite, and I have all my Access databses running on that platform. What I am looking for is any advice on whether my Access databases will continue to function in Microsoft 365, and if there are any potential issues that I need to be aware of before I receive my new PC. Any advice will be gratefully received.

Check whether the trial version of MS 365 is 32-bit or 64-bit.
If its 64-bit, any API declarations will need to be converted for use in 64-bit Access.
Recommend you use 32-bit Office/Access to avoid this issue. You should be able to uninstall 64-bit and reinstall 32-bit

It is possible that certain features in your 2007 databases are no longer supported in 365. Suggest you check here: Microsoft Access Version Features and Differences Comparison Matrix (fmsinc.com)
