Urgent Help with VBA and Design!

I have created a small database that will be used by one person to run a procedure and manipulate the records. Basically i have an initial Excel spreadsheet (File1.xls) and i want to come up with spreadsheet (File2. xls). I managed to automatically import the spreadshee tin accees, create a replica table to manipulate the data and then created queries to find the matching entries. From there on i have no clue how to proceed. Could someone give me a direction where to start? Can someone show me a sample VB code i can use to manipulate the records. I am new here and new in this job and i want to try and figure it out. i can send more details on email if someone wants to help.

I hope someone kind enough can give me his/her advice.

I can not see anything immediate which needs VBA. Import or link your spreadsheet. It then IS an Access Table. Standard Access data entry/editing forms will probably do most of the rest. If you just link and there are no password/protections in place then you don't even need to export it back. Just make sure you have a backup copy before the edit to stay as spreadsheet one.

Many Spreadsheets every month!

There are lots of spreadsheet every month that need to be manipulated. its not only one. Besides i managed to import all of them at once into one table. how do i continue with the process. it needs to run on its own....
