Use footers to display data

I have a report that has several areas that display only if a field contains a certain value.

I have the report set up to allow for the display of these items even if the criteria is met to make them not visible.

Can I create a header or footer that will display when a condition is met, and when it isn't displayed, have all the remaining report data shift up to avoid big, blank spaces.

You could try something like this (some reverse engineering):

When your condition is NOT met, simply delete the header and footer... Your data will shift by themself...
