How can i add a user password to a user account? I have tried to change Log on Password in the user Group and Accounts menu but the only user that appears is admin.

Can you add accounts to let only added users access the database by adding a password.

Not sure what you have done so far but it sounds as though you are trying to set up user level security. You can set this up by using the user level security wizard where you can choose to add user groups and setup passwords for each user group or each individual you add or you can set up your own wrkgroup file but you need to be careful not to overwrite the default system.mdw otherwise you will need to reinstall it. As long as you give it a unique name you should be fine.
