User data input problem

In my database, there is user lever security in place. There are two other users belonging to users group with restricted permissions.

We have starting using our database on trial and are having problems. When a user is inputing data as well, after some time database form where the usere is putting data in stops responding. It wouldn't work and prompts
'Cannot update, currently locked'

I cannot figure out why is it doing so. At the same time if I (Admin) go to my computer and just open the same form and close is again, the user can then use it on his machine.

Can please somebody help me here.
