Username/Password Request

Hallo,

I have developed an access database for students data. My next task is to create a username/password for various administrators who will logg on to add, delete or update the records.

I am using Access 2003, any suggestions as to how I can go about this task?

The essense of Access security is User Groups and Permissions.
You create a User Group, then you assign permissions to that group.

Example:
Group A requires access to all areas. This User Group has permissions for all area.
Group B only requires access to the student records and attendance records. This User Group had permissions only for this area.
