Using a checkbox to change a button function

Hi there

I'm trying to figure out how I can place a checkbox next to a button so that when the checkbox is checked, clicking on the button will open a new form.

If there is NO checkmark, then the button does it current function on that page.

Any suggestions? Thank you so much!!

In the OnClick event for your command button:

If Me.NewCheckbox = True Then
   DoCmd.OpenForm ...
   Exit Sub
End If
