Using a label control to close a form

I've created a splash screen and am trying to use a label control to close the screen onclick, I've got the code sorted I think, but there seems to be no active link on the label. I think I'm doing something pretty obvious wrong here but can't see what it is. Any help would be appreciated. Please see frmSplashScreen in the attached db.

For some reason the label is corrupt. First copy the code from it, then delete that label and put another one there and then paste the code back. It worked for me then, where it didn't before.
