Using AutoNumber to get part of a Reference Field

I just used the code as I listed previously, in an 'after update' on the name field. It seems to work ok, and keeps the data after i close the form ok, so no probs there.

That is Ok because it is data. But that is not changing the properties of a text box such as the DefaultValue, colour, width, height, position on the form and just about everything else that you do yourself in form Design.

As this has been posted multiple times by the same User, in more than one location in the AWF, it has been reported as suspected SPAM. More than that, in this case, it was a complete hijack of the current thread.
