Using Calendars for "Booked From - To"
Hello All,
I am currently building a form for holiday booking for employees. Below is a screenshot of the form:
I have fields "Booked From" & "Booked To", I would like to use the calendars for this but the only problem I can think of is if the employee is away say from 01-01-2007 to 05-01-2007 this is 5 days holiday. But but using the from - to fields it will not be creating a record for each day the employee is off.
Any suggestions on what I could do so when a query to check if the day is booked the holiday is booked for each of those days.
I also need to find out how to create this function (is this day booked if there are two or more employees off from the same team, or if the employee has exceeded their holiday allowance etc).
