Using Date function with network days

can someone amend the below, so that instead of doing 4 days, it does 4 working days?

Do you also need to exclude holidays? Or only skip weekends and not bother about Christmas and the lot?

would be great to skip holidays, but if this is too complicated, just skipping weekends will still be ggreat

Otherwize for only weekends this should work:
date()+ iif(weekday(date(),2)=1, 4,6)
