using textboxes to name new folder

Hello alll- I would like to add a textbox or combobox that will hold the text used to name/create a new folder. I'm wondering how to check the contents of the textbox and insert it into the vbcode to name the new folder. I'm guessing it's pretty easy, but I just don't know enough to put it together myself. Anyone have an idea? Cheers to anyone who is willing to help. -Tom
