Values in Header Section of Chart (1 Viewer)

I created a chart using the Chart Wizard. The chart itself is fine, but I'd like to include some variable information in header section. The values are from the same table that the chart is using. I tried to set up a text box and use as it's source an SQL statement such as 'Select Distinct SiteName from SiteTable', but couldn't figure out how to get it to work. Anyone know how to do this?

Set the control source of your form/report (I don't know if you draw a chart on a form or a report) to that table. Then select fields from field list.
