Virtual Network Path?

The non-profit I am creating an Access db for just has a router network, windows 7 on all users, with an Ext.HD attached to one PC. The back-end of the db resides on this path - \\Clinician\h\Database\Alano_be.accdb.
I do most of my work on the front-end from home.
Is there a way for me to duplicate this path at home so that I don't have to reset the data path in Access with the Linked Table Manager.

I'm not aware of a way of doing this - would be interested in knowing if it can be done for other reasons.

I overcome the problem by relinking in VBA code.
