Visible and Invisible A Text Box Control

I have created a continuous Access form. There are total 8 bounded text boxes on the form. There is a text box show either OK or NO value and suppose got around 30 rows of data on the form.

How to color the text box with different color. For example, OK indicate as Green color and NO indicate as Red color

Please assist me. TQ
