Visual basic Project

Hi. i am an unknown with visual basic language but i want to create a simple project in visual basic
in this project i want to calculate tax for a perticular set of data
i have an excel sheet with all data in a single row..but many records ..
i have an another sheet for calculation in other format like print on page...

please give me solution for this.

but please request . i am unknown with this so please give me simple steps with example or pictures..

as per your question re android, plenty of help online for vb. Excel uses VBA but this forum specialises in Access. If you mean VBA and this is an Excel project you will probably get better help from an Excel forum such as http://www.mrexcel.com/

If you mean vb, then you will probably want to use visual studio as a starting point
